1. About us
These terms apply to bookings made with Al Madina Journey (“Al Madina Journey”), 101 S Garland Ave, Orlando, FL 32801.
2. Quotes and prices
- Prices shown on this website are “from” prices per person, based on the room sharing stated (for example quad sharing), and are subject to availability.
- Your price is only guaranteed once we have confirmed it to you in writing and received your deposit.
- Government taxes and fees (for example VAT, municipality tax or visa fees) may change and, where permitted by law, will be passed on.
- Package inclusions are as listed in your written confirmation. Anything not listed is not included.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation after receiving your deposit. The balance is due by the date shown on your confirmation. If the balance is not paid on time we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Passports, visas and health
- You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date and for meeting the entry requirements of every country you visit.
- We assist with Saudi visa applications, but the decision to issue a visa rests solely with the Saudi authorities. We are not responsible for refusals or delays.
- You must meet any health requirements in force at the time of travel, such as vaccinations required by the Saudi Ministry of Health for pilgrims.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations made by you, or by us, are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Hotels may be substituted with ones of a similar standard and location if circumstances beyond our control require it; we will tell you as soon as possible.
6. Your conduct
You agree to respect the laws and customs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and of every country you visit, and the rules of the Haramain.
7. Insurance
Medical insurance required for the Saudi visa is included where stated. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation.
8. Our responsibility
We will provide the services you book with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (for example natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions on Umrah, airline strikes or flight schedule changes). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Complaints
If something goes wrong during your trip, please tell our team immediately so we can help. After your return, write to info@almadinajourney.com and we will respond promptly.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Al Madina Journey is registered.
